If you have requested data deletion from Facebook and received a notice that CivicPlus Social Media Archiving has data associated with your account, you may submit a request for us to review and process the deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
- If you have a CivicPlus Social Media Archive and wish to delete administrative data associated with your login or connected accounts, you may request the deletion of your account. For details, see our guide on deleting an account from the archive.
- If your Facebook account was associated with an organization that no longer uses our services, any associated data will be deleted under our standard data retention policies.
- If your Facebook account is or was associated with an organization that may still be actively using CivicPlus Social Media Archiving, you can contact our support team to facilitate your request.
