This article will show you how to view your Support tickets. This includes a comprehensive history of My Tickets, Tickets I'm CC'd (Carbon Copied) on, Community Posts and Comments, and sections and articles that you are Following.
Important Note
This feature will only show your Support tickets and activity for Social Media Archiving (formerly, ArchiveSocial). If you have another product with CivicPlus, you need to access that product's Help Center to see tickets or activities for the product.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Social Media Archiving (formerly, ArchiveSocial) Help Center
- Click the Sign in button to sign in to your Help Center account:
- Navigate to your profile icon:
- Click the My activities option:
- View your activities
Tickets

My Tickets: View your submitted tickets:
- View the ID (identification number), Subject, Time of Creation, Last Activity, and Status for each ticket
- Filter by Status type:
- Any: All tickets, regardless of ticket status
- Open: The ticket is being worked on by Support
- Awaiting your reply: Support needs more information from you
- Solved: The ticket has been solved and closed by Support
- Use the Search tickets function to search by keyword or ticket ID
- Filter by Status type:

Tickets I'm CC'd (Carbon Copied) on: View tickets that you are carbon copied on:
- View the ID, Subject, Time of Creation, Last Activity, and Status for each ticket

Status types include:
- Any: All tickets, regardless of ticket status
- Open: The ticket is being worked on by Support
- Awaiting your reply: Support needs more information from you
- Solved: The ticket has been solved and closed by Support
- Use the Search tickets function to search by keyword or ticket ID

Posts: View your own posts in the Community:
- View Title, Type, Vote sum, Last Activity, and date of Creation

Community Comments: View your comments on Community Posts:
- View the Title or content of your community comment, Type, Vote sum, Last activity, and Created date

Article Comments: View your comments on articles:
Following
View sections and articles that you are following. View the Title of the section or article, Type (Section or Article), or Following status (new articles and/or comments).
You can click Unfollow to unfollow the section/article.
