There are two ways to schedule recurring exports:
- Scheduling exports of all content within a time period from the Export tab
- Scheduling exports of specific content types from search results
Note: A scheduled export will only yield records that were generated in the previous month's timeframe. For example, if a record was generated in July 2017, and deleted in December 2018, a scheduled export for deleted tags run in January 2019 will not contain the record that was generated in July 2017 even though it was tagged in the prior month window.
If you are routinely running tag-based exports, you should save your search instead, and then run the search and export from the results each month.
