Connecting a TikTok Account to the Archive

This article will go over how to connect a TikTok Account to the archive for Account Owners and System Administrators.

Steps for Account Owners

  1. Locate your Initial email with the subject line of ArchiveSocial: action required - connect your social media accounts.

  2. Click the custom link within that email

  3. Click Connect TikTok

Steps for System Administrators

  1. Sign in to your Archive 
  2. Navigate to the Configure tab 
    Click Configure Tab
  3. Next to the appropriate Account Owner Click Connect Accounts

  4. Click Connect TikTok

Connect TikTok

  1. A pop-up will prompt you to log into TikTok using a QR code, phone number/email address/username, or social login. Choose your preferred Login method.

    1. For the QR code option, you will be presented with steps to take on the mobile TikTok app to scan the QR code

    2. Once you have scanned the QR code, it will appear inactive, and a checkmark will appear over it.

    3. Click the Confirm button on your mobile app to finish logging in.

  2. Once Logged in, Click Authorize.
