View and Search Blocked Lists

Browse Blocked Lists

  1. Navigate to the Browse tab, then select the account owner and account type associated to the account you would like to view

  2. Click View in the tile that says Blocked list

Search for Users on Blocked Lists

  1. Navigate to the Search tab

  2. You can quickly search for people who may be blocked by typing their name within quotation marks and clicking Search

  3. If the quick search does not yield the results you were looking for, you can use Advanced Search. Use the To or Test field in the Search Terms section with their name in quotation marks. You can also filter your search on the Blocked List content type.

  4. Click Search

If your search matches a blocked person's name, then the search results will include the Blocked List with the blocked person.
