Setting up Two Factor Authentication on Facebook

If you are demoted from your administrative role, or lose your administrative privileges or access to creating posts on a Facebook page, the issue may be remedied by turning on Two Factor Authentication on Facebook. 

If Facebook Protect is an option, enable that as well.
