Follow the steps below to request assistance from Facebook/Meta with accessing your Page, Group, or Meta Business Suite. CivicPlus does not support Facebook/Meta, so you will need to contact Facebook support with any issues using that platform.
Prerequisite Instructions
- Log in to your Facebook Profile on your web browser
- Ensure that at least one of your managed Facebook Pages is categorized as a Government Organization or Government Official
- Ensure that you have Admin rights on at least 1 Business Portfolio/Business Suite
Facebook Support
- Submit Facebook support tickets
- Government agencies: Submit tickets on Facebook Government Support
- Non-government agencies: Submit tickets on Facebook Business Support
- You can select both an Issue and an Asset. Choose Other if you do not see your particular issue as an option.
- You can then fill out the issue details.
- If the above method is not available, you can submit a ticket using the account dropdown (your profile picture or page profile picture) in the upper right corner of Facebook. Click Help and Support.
- Select Report a problem.
- Select Something went wrong.
- Enter details regarding the issue and click Submit.
