Transferring An Account Between Account Owners

Transferring an account allows another archive user (Account Owner) to maintain the account connection. 

The option is only available to System Administrators. 

Instructions

1. Sign into your Archive.
2. Navigate the the Configure tab.
   
3. Next to the Account Owner who currently owns the social media account click Connect Accounts...
   
   
4. Next to the desired social media account click Transfer.
   
   
5. Use the dropdown to select the Account Owner you wish to transfer it to. 
   
6. Click Transfer to confirm
