Deactivating an account stops it from actively archiving or takes it out of error/disconnected status, and marks the account as historical.
Important Note
- The account and all records captured from it are retained in the archive.
- To deactivate you must be a full Access System Administrator.
Instructions
- Sign into your Archive
- Navigate to your Configure Tab
- Locate the account owner of the social media account you want to deactivate
- Click Connect Accounts...
- Next to the desired account click Deactivate
- Click Deactivate and set historical
