This feature is only available to System Administrators
Tagging is a keyword or phrase used to group content together. Tagging can be used to make content easier to find. Multiple tags can be added to a single record or a single tag can be added to multiple records (bulk tagging).
Important Note
- Deleted content is automatically tagged as deleted in the archive.
- Hidden content (Facebook page comments and Facebook posts) is automatically tagged as hidden in the archive.
- Edited content is automatically tagged as edited in the archive. Previous versions of the record can be viewed.
- Tags can be added or deleted, system tags cannot be removed by the user
- To Edit a tag, you must delete the old one and add a new one.

Tagging a Single Record
- Navigate to the Browse Tab
- Select the Account Owner
- Select the appropriate Social Media Account
- Click View on the Record Type of your choice
- Locate and click on the record you'd like to tag
- On the following Record Details pop-up, Under Tag, click Add...
- To select an existing tag use the drop-down menu
- To create a new tag, Type the tag name in
- Click Add
- The tag will populate immediately
Note: All deleted content on Facebook is automatically tagged as deleted in the archive.
Tagging Multiple Records at a Time
- Under the Dashboard Tab, Run a Quick Search for the desired records
- On the Search Results page, click on Tag Results in the upper left corner
- Choose an existing tag from the drop-down or create a new tag
- Click Add
- Thats it! The tag will automatically be applied to all the records produced in the search.
