Social Media Network Usage Report

This report is a pie chart that compares the volume of activity across social networks.

How Can It Be Used?

This report can be used to identify which social networks are producing the most content.

  • Example: Does your department see more activity on Facebook or Twitter? What would be the best network to use should you need to alert your citizens?

 

How Do You Access It/Use It?

  1. Log into your archive
  2. Click on the Reports tab
    Navigate to reports tab
  3. Select View under Social Network Usage
    Social Network usage view button
  4. Use the Date Range drop-down menu to choose your date range

  5. Select your Scope (either all accounts in your archive OR specific accounts) for your report

  6. Click Generate report
    Click Generate Report
