Reports Tab

The Reports Tab for the Base Archive features two reports

1. Errored and Connected Reports
   • This report summarizes all errored, connected, and historical accounts and when they were originally connected.
2. Record Volumes & Plan Usage
   • This report summarizes monthly plan usage as well as a breakdown of record volume by account.

Risk Management and Analytics (RMA) Suite Reports 

1. Social Media Activity Comparison 
   • This report summarizes and compares the volume of new communications sent and received across accounts. 
2. Social Network Usage 
   • This report compares the volume of activity across social networks. 
3. Alert History 
   • This report provides a history of alerts that were triggered along with the records that triggered each alert. 
4. General Sentiment Trend 
   • This report depicts the general sentiment of your audience over time. 
5. Top Conversations by Sentiment 
   • This report lists the most positive and most negative conversations based on sentiment rating. 
6. Top Commenters 
   • This report lists the users who most frequently communicate with you across your social media accounts.
