Connecting Social Media Accounts to the Archive

Connecting as an Account Owner 

Account Owners are emailed a custom link from support@archivesocial.com that takes them to a unique account connection portal, as shown below. The title of the email is ArchiveSocial Action Required: Archive your Social Media.

Connecting as a System Administrator 

1. Sign In to your archive 
   
2. Click the Configure tab 
   
3. Next to your name, click Connect Accounts
   
   
4. Click the Connect (Social Media Network) button and follow the prompts.
